• Owner/Manager Name

From Patients:

• Customer Name
• Delivery Address
• Phone Number

Note: We do not collect or store prescription details, medical records, or any other health-related information.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

• Fulfilling and managing pharmacy delivery requests
• Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
• Communicating with pharmacies and patients about delivery status

We do not:

• Sell, rent, or trade personal information
• Use personal data for analytics, profiling, or targeted marketing
• Share personal data with third parties except as required to operate our services

3. Data Storage & Retention

• Customer & Pharmacy Information: Retained only while we are actively servicing the customer or pharmacy. Securely deleted upon request or once the relationship ends.
• Delivery Records: Includes delivery timestamps, driver name, and customer signatures (if applicable). Retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted unless required by law.
• Hosting & Residency: All data is securely stored on Heroku servers located in Canada. We ensure all personal information remains within Canadian data residency.

4. Data Security

• Secure Infrastructure: Hosted on Heroku’s encrypted platform (SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified)
• Data Transmission Security: All communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Access Control: Personal data is accessible only to authorized eZyPill personnel
• Confidentiality Obligations: All employees and contractors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements

5. Third-Party Services

• Heroku — for secure server hosting and data storage in Canada
• Google APIs — used exclusively for location services and real-time mapping to improve delivery efficiency

No other third-party vendors have access to personal data, and both providers comply with strong security standards and Canadian privacy regulations.
